Quietness and recreation in the Stelvio Pass Nature Park
Located directly at the almost 200 year old highest pass road in Europe with 48 turns, at Stelvio Pass, where you can also ski in summer. Embedded between the imposing mountain peaks of the Ortles Mountain Group with King Ortles, the highest mountain with an altitude of 3,905 metres.
Trafoi is located amidst the Stelvio Pass Nature Park and provides an ideal starting point for hikers, mountaineers, ski tours, alpinists, cyclists and motor bikers.
The surroundings offer many interesting sights for culture-lovers, Marienberg Convent, Churburg Castle, the Medieval town Glorenza with its famous city walls, and the museums of the Nature Park, Naturatrafoi, Aquaprad, Messner Mountain Museum and the Val Venosta Museum.
